You think there are no virgins anymore? Well, there are so many of them and sometimes we don’t even know some people around us are virgins.

:

Virgins are somehow high targets for the good and the bad! You see a young man who is simply into premarital sex, many times, he wants to find someone he can deflower and at least add that to his adventurous achievements. You also see some men looking for a wife and they pray to find a virgin woman while themselves are not one.

:

Many times, it is very difficult to admit being a virgin especially in this present time. Admitting it often comes with a follow up question of “at your age?”. That alone have always gotten many people into trouble!

:

Someone chatted me a year ago asking what is wrong in being a virgin. She told me that all her friends have been mounting pressure on her to deflower herself and I only said to her “they are not happy that you are different, they are not happy that you are better than them! They just want you to be like them… Make friends with the right people”

:

If you are no more a virgin, you don’t have to feel terrible about yourself but if you’re still a virgin, you don’t have to be pressured into premarital sex! Be bold about who you are but never think you are better than everyone else.

:

If you are among those people asking “at your age?”, You’re a wicked soul… And you need to be avoided.

:

The Bible says that wrong company corrupts good manners (1 Corinthians 15:33). When you’re associating with people who are into premarital sex and proud about it, you’ll definitely be like them.

:

It is not a terrible thing to be a virgin, it is not a terrible thing to remain a virgin till marriage! Even if you have had numerous sex with numerous people in the past, you can still decide to abstain from further sex till marriage! It is not worth it!

:

No matter what you have done, whether you are a virgin or not, it is still right to say “no” to sex before marriage. It is not too late to withdraw. The Bible says in 1 Corinthians 6:18 “Flee fornication. Every sin that a man doeth is without the body; but he that committeth fornication sinneth against his own body.”

:

Premarital sex hurts your own body, it is a sin against your own body… People emotionally and physically get hurt as a result of premarital sex. No matter how we want to deny that, it if the truth!

:

Certain people say they want to have the experience and know if their partner will satisfy them after marriage… Oh really? See, there are hospitals! You can go for medical check ups to see if your partner is healthy before marriage! You don’t need to become a sex expert before marriage, the joy of the marriage is when couples learn together how to satisfy themselves sexually.

:

You don’t eat oranges before paying for them! It is unhealthy comparison that makes you think someone else is better! If you are having sex with people to check if you’re sexually compatible, satisfaction will never come!

:

Here are some comments from people who waited till marriage:

:

“I waited for my husband. I was raised believing that it was how God meant it to be, and I felt if there was a chance my marriage would be blessed because of it, I wanted that. As I grew up, I realized that I was only going to give my virginity to a man who truly valued and loved me. And until I met the man I married, no one before him was worth it to me. When my husband and I started dating, he said, “I won’t be the reason you break the commitment you have made.” And for four years, he never pressured me into changing my mind. We have been married three years, together seven, and I know I am blessed both by the man I call my husband and the fact that I don’t carry the weight of past (sex-related) regrets.”—Lindsey Romo

“It was the best decision we made.”—Odell Valencia Mahabeer

:

“All too often, we as a society jump into a sexual relationship. But when it comes down to what type of relationship you are wanting in the end, I wanted to make sure my husband loved all of me, my quirks, habits, everything, etc. I think that if you date someone long enough to get to know the real you, that just maybe it could possibly lengthen if not preserve the relationship forever. Everyone loves sex; make sure you find the right person before the right penis.”—Kerri Torrez

:

Do not mind those who are pushing you to be like them! It is still right to say “no” to sex before marriage. If he/she loves you, let them wait!

:

At your age, if you’re still a virgin… You have no problem! Don’t mind those who think you do!
