The Lord hates anyone who cheats, but he likes everyone who is honest.  Too much pride can put you to shame. It’s wiser to be humble. If you do the right thing, honesty will be your guide. But if you are crooked, you will be trapped by your own dishonesty. Proverbs 11:1-3 CEVUK00

Should we really please God? Yes! God wants to be pleased with our actions and lifestyles, he wants us to live a life that is pleasing to him. We cannot really please God with moral actions if we are not born-again!

What does it mean to cheat? Cheat is powered by hate! If you love your neighbour you’ll probably not cheat on him or her! Cheat is also propelled by selfishness and greed! But honesty is as a result of God’s love and contentment! That is exactly what God expect from believers.

How about pride? Pride was exactly what made Lucifer an arch enemy! He thought in his heart

“I will ascend above the stars of God”.

.. No wonder, God declared

” I resist the proud and lift the humble “.

Jesus is the embodiment of humility, can’t you see how Jesus is lifted? Far above principalities and power! Do you know how low the Devil is? He is under our feet!

Crooked people are victims of their own mischief! Honest people are harvesters of the good seed they have sown!

Be good to people! Let them see Jesus is your actions. Have a great day!

I PRAY FOR YOU: This is your week of of fruitfulness! It is your moment of breakthrough! As you live a leading life, God will cause extraordinary blessings to come your way! You’re a blessing to the nation!
